OUR MISSION
Simplify manufacturing systems with less waste, less variation, and greater throughput.
“Our new system is centered on continual improvement. Our old system provided operating procedures and training manuals, but the ISO system is structured in a way that grows with the business and continually improves.”

Chris Wanger,
Data Center Manager
Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, St. Louis
CORE VALUES:
Less Waste
Eliminating waste and increasing manufacturing flow is the foundation of Lean Thinking and improved quality.
Less Variation
Variation is evil. -- Jack Welch
Variation is at the root of all quality problems. Using Six Sigma methods to reduce variation is the path to higher quality.
Greater Throughput
Throughput is profit. Using Theory of Constraints (TOC) to Increase throughput and reduce bottlenecks drives greater profitability.
